Below is the general class registration form:

1. Download form.

2. Complete, sign, and indicate for which class you wish to attend kendo or/and iaido.

3. Submit your completed form to kendoka@therockkendo.com

4. Once registration is confirmed payment will come due, please pay either by cheque addressed to The Rock Kendo Club Inc. or by e-transfer, directed to kendoka@therockkendo.com
